Major League Baseball announced the World Series period and dates Friday, following without help one key fragment of recommendation missing the Dodgers’ challenger.
The Dodgers punched their ticket for the Fall Classic Thursday by closing out the Cubs in the NLCS. They’ll direction the winner of the Yankees-Astros ALCS. New York leads that series, 3-2, when Game 6 Friday and Game 7, if indispensable, taking place for Saturday.
As for the World Series, all games will be televised upon Fox, initiation at 8 p.m. ET.
The Dodgers have already announced ace left-hander Clayton Kershaw as their Game 1 starter.
